In the video below presenting J. S. Bach's Prelude for the 1° suite for cello, I deliberately choose to move a lot to show that the position isn't fixed and may evolve while hours of practice. This reduces the tensions and pains.

In the video below, playing one of my compositions, I try to vary more than usual my right hand playing, to show the possibilities of the Lenvers.

In this one I deliberately have my hands off the guitar while playing to show the stability of the instrument.
